memo from Reading Dubin

Dubin does not treat the dusty plasma only as collection of dust. What he intrested is its Nonneutral property.

Becasue the common plasma always be very hot, which is to make the ions and electrons to be charged. And things like Debye potential ... will make it a bit complex. It can only be studied by some statistic method.

But the nonerutral plasma can be cool, and easy to keep, reproduce, measure etc.. What I am doing, dusty plasma, 2D yukawa cristal is a example of the strongly correlated states. And it is the noneutral plasma that make us get a example for objects in this strongly correlated/coupled state. And he think this kind of plasma is the plasma that people have best understand. I am not sure. And has this kind of fundamental understand provided us clues for other fields?

I still have question, dusty plasma is noneutral plasma? and what is the role of the positive charge in dusty plasma (yukoyama crystal). Or it's just have simliar property as noneutral plasma, so the above sentence is just nonsense.

Now I think dusty plamsa is a good example of noneutral plasma, and dubin did not publish paper after the paper about mach cone, maybe nothing cannot get his interest. I donot know, but his paper is great.
